CedarvilleStore.com values its customers, and will refund or exchange any product within 30 days for a FULL-REFUND.  Please fill out the form under the "Contact Us" tab and submit a message with notification and reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization number and return instructions by email.

We are unable to accept returns for exchange or refund on special orders and monogrammed products.

If you return any item(s), your return will be processed, and your account credited, within 7-10 business days after we have received your returned item(s) at our Distribution Center. We will refund your purchase price only. A credit will be issued to your credit card, or you will receive a check if you paid by e-check. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage on a return. Please ship your returned items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number.
