Order Status
If you've already placed an order and would like to find out the status or get the tracking number; send an email to orders@cedarvillestore.com, with your name and order confirmation number. A customer service representative will contact you by e-mail to let you know where your order is within 24 hours. Orders usually ship from our distribution center within 24 hours by USPS Priority Mail (standard delivery 2 days) or UPS Ground depending on the weight.

Returns & Exchange
CedarVilleStore.com values its customers, and will refund or exchange any product within 30 days for a FULL-REFUND. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days for any reason. Please contact us at orders@cedarville.com for notification and reason for the return. We will issue a return authorization number and return instructions.

If you return any item(s), your return will be processed, and your account credited, within 7-10 business days after we have received your returned item(s) at our Distribution Center. We will refund your purchase price only. A credit will be issued to your credit card, or you will receive a check if you paid by e-check. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping and handling charges or return postage on a return. Please ship your returned items postage-paid, insured, with a tracking number.

If you exchange your item(s), follow the return procedure and submit a new order for the replacement(s) by phone or at www.cedarvillestore.com.
